Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return. You will be required to provide your order number. we are not responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

Dietary Supplements and consumable products must be in their original packaging, unopened with the seal intact.

Apparel and Accessories must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@CavalloSportsNutrition.com. Once it is determined that your return meets the criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

You must return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect it to determine if it meets the criteria and notify you of your refund status. If approved, we will credit your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refunded amount on your statement.

Backorders

While every attempt is made to maintain inventory, there are times when there will be unforeseen circumstances that will impact our supply chain. We cannot honor requests for back ordered items.
